Since qualifying from Brunel University in 2019, I have worked across multiple areas of practice within both public and private settings. I am currently working full time within the NHS but offering physiotherapy and sports massage services to my local community and and online consultations if desired.

My main goal is to help and support people back or towards their goals or levels of function, whether that being day-to-day life or in a sporting manner.

Growing up, I have participated and competed in various sports, predominantly football, tennis and golf. However, over the past few years, I have transitioned into doing more running and triathlon events including x2 Ironman Distance Triathlons and an Ultra Marathon.

I thoroughly enjoy supporting people/athletes back to their chosen sport and with these personal experiences in these various sports, it allows me to have great insight and a deeper understanding into the needs of the athlete with certain sports-related injuries.
